St. Francis played hard nosed defense and dominated the offensive glass to take the first round victory over Holy Trinity. Behind Kiernan Norton's double-double with 17 points, St. Franicis led right out of the gates and never looked back. Madeline Finotti played excellent defense, netting 12 points in a 48-15 victory.
